Each piece is chosen with care, crafted to be kept, not cast aside. Because of the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Still, if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damages & Issues

Please take a moment to check your order upon arrival. While transit is beyond our control, if you’ve received the wrong item, we’re here to help, just email hello@letterplay.co within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos.

A Note on Natural Stone

Every stand is carved from natural rock, meaning no two are alike. Variations in colour, veining, or texture are part of its beauty, not defects. These natural differences are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are final sale. We cannot accept returns for:
